About This Course
This content is based on the Government Back to Work Safety Protocol, designed and delivered by environmental health professionals restaurant industry experts. This induction was created by Finola Dolan, Consultant, Auditor and Trainer. Finola is a licensed Trainer with the Environmental Health Association of Ireland (EHAI).
She has worked in a senior capacity in the Hospitality, Catering and Retailing Industries for over 20 years, with extensive experience developing and auditing food safety management systems and training programmes within a diverse range of organisations.
She is a highly qualified Trainer and Auditor and a advocate of continuing professional development which had enabled her to provide the technical expertise, skills and knowledge to business owners and staff.
